What is this?

Those things drive me nuts. DD smokes roll ups and for some reason those wrappers from the filter tips always end up in the washing machine.

I have mainly been seeing them outside pubs that I run past and in the park. It’s been driving me mad for months wondering what they are! Something to do with smoking never crossed my mind. I thought it was something naughty.
I do see those little silver cylinders which I think have some kind of gas in them that kids use.
I see all kinds on my morning runs lol

The silver cylinders are unfortunately Nos. I've narrowly avoided the dog eating one of those when people park up and take gas to get high in a very beautiful spot where I walk him.
