Gluten free options?

I am going to DLP next week with a friend who is gluten intolerant. She hasn't been to DLP in over a decade and my diet usually consists of eating anything and everything

so I'm hoping for some assistance in picking the best places for us to eat.

I've had a look on the DLP website, but it just says to speak to a CM on arrival at a restaurant - I'd like to have an idea what options are available before we turn up, to save time wandering around.

Anyone have any experience with gluten free at DLP?

Happy with restaurants either TS or QS, and in the parks, hotels and Disney Village are fine (we're staying at the Hotel Cheyenne).

We recently stayed at Cheyenne - for breakfast you can get gluten free bread, crackers and cookies from the CM at the pastry counter at the buffet. They also have cheese, meats, yoghurt, eggs, bacon so lots of gluten free options.

In the buffets there is a lot of salad, meat and veg so should be fine. If you ask a CM then they will point out what is gluten free if you aren't sure.

Planet Hollywood in Disney Village has a whole gluten free menu with burgers, pizzas etc that is a good option.

Counter service locations are more tricky as it is often burgers, pizzas, hotdogs etc so best avoided from a GF standpoint.
