Avis through holiday autos

I read somewhere that you can pre select your car with avis preferred but when I try my booking number from holiday autos the web site doesn't recognise it . Any advice would be appreciated

Hi. Avis dont offer pre-selecting a car, even in Preferred. I have been Preferred before to orlando, you go a level up in the car park and have your own counter. Name should be on a board with your car allocated. Normally get the newer, and better quality cars. Last time I had booked a Luxury and got a BMW 5 series, 3k miles.

If, however, you dont like what you have been given there is an area with swappable cars to choose from.

Also...! forgot to reply about the booking confirmation. I have had the same before. Just ring Avis, and they will look you up and add your Preferred details to your HA booking.
