It would be easier to put a camel through the eye of an needle than to convince some people all they need is the SaveTime barcode But fair play to you for persisting I'm having similar trouble explaining what SUVs are in each class and how many seats they should have I've tried posting links (to little avail) to ACRISS/SIPP and to National Car Rental which is in same group as Alamo - both owned by Enterprise Holdings. I just keep getting contradicted I'm just gonna give up now as I'm only annoying myself  Rant over |

When I booked our car with alamo/brits I went through everything and paid for the car, filled in all the details, then after I had received the confirmation of booking email with the rental agreement and confirmation number, I then done alamo save time, and whilst I was filling in save time, it gave me the option to have pre paid fuel, you just need to put a tick in the box, on the page where your filling the main drivers detail (I think its on that part).
I think all cars are full when you get in them, if you don't pre pay for fuel, it means you have to fill the car up to take back at the end of the rental agreement, but pre pay means you can take the car back empty at the end of the rental agreement. Mark. Edited at 10:54 PM. |
