Alamo save time at Sanford

Hello

Has anyone done Alamo save time at Sanford recently? Is it similar to MCO in that we simply chose our car and so the print out at the exit gate or do we still have to go to the rental desk?

When I went via Sanford 18 months ago we still had to go to the desk after doing save time, no queues and lots of staff on so only took 5 mins to scan the credit card and sign agreement.

We were there 5th june, was directed into the desk, despite doing savetime. Bookef a 7 seater suv, was given a chevrolet tahoe, agent told me we wouldn't fit in our cases (there were 5 of us) and showed me a suburban, which is basically the same car, but more luggage space. He wanted an extra $19 per day, and I politely declined! We got our luggage in, bit of a squeeze, but we managed. So, unfortunately, savetime didn't work for me at sanford. I had my cheeky dollars ready in case there was a man in the car park who wanted to upgrade me, no-one there! The guy from the desk just pointed at the car, and left us to it - no choice, just a row if tahoe's.

We where there 3 weeks ago save time will help but it is not like mco you still have to go to the desk.there is plenty of staff just have you credit card and driving licences ready then you be directed to a lone of cars and you pick the one you want. As you leave the car park the man at the gate checks your paper work scans the bar code on the car then you are away. Have a great time
