Can you book fastpasses for extra magic hours

Not according to the this taken from theDibb Guidebook.

Almost every day, at least one park will offer Extra Magic Hours. FastPass+ cannot be booked during the EMH times.

That is a pity, we are going to AK on a EMH day end of August, I was hoping to got straight to Pandora do the river ride and fastpass FOP. So I will have to go and do something else and go back.

You can still book FP for the normal hours, just not the extra hour.
