DLP Studios - picnic area?
I’m heading to DLP tomorrow with a school party. We are there from 10am-9pm. Our plan is studios until about 1:30-2 and then Disneyland park in the afternoon /evening.
I know in the main parc there are a few outdoor seating areas where a group can sit to eat. Is there anywhere similiar in the studios? |

There's probably a few spots depending on how many of you there are.
I'm sure around the front lot (which might be a backtrack depending on where you are) is fairly open with lots of low walls to sit on. Outside Ratatouille they have a lot of cafe style tables and chairs which we've used as a quick snack point, and I can't see the being a problem but then don't know if a school group came along and took the lot... Also,I can't think what it's called but after you've walked through studio one, towards the tower of terror there is a lot of seating. |

Yes, I often sit in the area in front of ToT with a coffee. Lots of that area is under cover too - useful for shelter from the rain, oops I mean blazing sunshine...!

thats a really nice spot, goes quite a way back too, basically as you enter the Studios park through Studio 1 to the Partners statue, its dead ahead on the left hand corner of Hollywood Boulevard. The seating area goes all the way back to the ToT FP entrance, and theres a little catering car there too.
