Blow up bed akl

We have this booked and had hoped for the bunk beds but as they are. O more it’s been playing on my mind . Our plan was to take a blow up bed but I thought I’d ring Disney just to ask if they had availabilty at beach or yatch as I know they have the Murphy. Got the most snottiest call handler ever and tried to flog me a 2 bed for a mere £6k extra as they don’t have any standard rooms left , she also advised me that a blow up would be deemed a fire hazard and that she couldn’t see the problem of a 72 yr old woman sharing a bed with a 15 yr old teenager . Anyway has anyone took a blow up and got reported by housekeeping is my question . Pains me to pay the price for the room and take a blow up but there is just no availability to move elsewhere.

Three females 75, 54 and 15. We have taken a blow up bed a few times when the 3 of us go. DD loves the blow up bed, she always places it next to a socket in order to charge all her mobiles. Never had a problem with Disney there is always spare pillows ask mousekeeping for extra bedding ( we took a cheap fitted sheet). During the day it was stored upright for space. Bought ours from Asda with a foot pump. Have a great, Make lots of happy memories.

There are still bunk beds at Wilderness Lodge - is there availability for your dates?

We've bought a blow up bed every trip for the last 15 years, never had a problem with it. We have stayed at AKL, Beach Club, PO (both sides), CBand the Poly, no one has ever said we can't use it. I really wouldn't worry.

Hey there, would a day bed work for you? On one of our trips we just asked for a day bed to be delivered to the room when checking in and it was ideal! Once it was all made up with covers etc we just unfolded it every evening in the wee separate sink area by the toilet (sounds bad but it was fine&#128514 and it was ideal for our teenage son...it kinda gave him a wee bit of privacy too tbh as he could read etc without disturbing us. We then just folded it up again every morning and it fit neatly in the corner out the way. It’d certainly save you worrying about bringing a blow up bed 🙂

When you do I would call it a "rollaway" or folding cot. A daybed is a single bed with arms like a couch in the US.
