Kyriad is not onsite. Better to book offsite hotels separately as it is probably cheaper.

Personally I do not like to be at the mercy of the shuttle bus. If I can’t walk to my hotel I prefer ones in Val d’Europe which are one stop on the RER. Ibis Val d’Europe, Ibis Budget, Hipark Serra’s, Adagio and Elysee are worth looking at.

Kyriad gets mixed reviews, and I think you have to use the shuttle bus.

I would second Gill's recommendation to look at hotels in Val d'Europe near to the RER station. The buses can get very crowded, especially at peak times, whereas the RER goes every 5-10 minutes and Val d'Europe is just two minutes away. Also, the Kyriad isn't not near a supermarket whereas Val d'Europe has a large shopping centre and supermarket on the doorstep.

I would price up all options, including annual passes if you think you'll return at some point during the year. It's actually the discovery that's the cheapest price though you will need to check blockout dates plus this pass can't be used for two days after purchase.

Finally, just bear in mind that it's the runDisney weekend that weekend, however the last race is on the Sunday and the Monday and Tuesday should be relatively quiet.

Sorry I got the annual passes mixed up. The cheapest option has no black out dates for the times you have mentioned and there is no 2 day black out days after first use if you buy online before hand and have them validated before your first trip.

Also as mentioned when I priced hotels I done it via Expedia and not via Disney.

Park tickets sold separately I’m not sure what the cheapest source is. Cheapest I can personally see is around £60 per person per day. So 120 each for 2 days.
