Where to go next? Holidays away from US/Disney

I've just got back from a safari in Kenya. It was amazing, best holiday so far, but I don't know where to think about next.

We're booked to go to Orlando and California in Feb/March and I usually get excited months or years in advance (! ) but I am feeling no enthusiasm for it. I'm sure I will nearer the time, but I think I need to broaden my horizons generally, as I was nervous about Kenya but it obviously turned out so well!

Looking for suggestions and/or stories from others about their holidays outside trips to US/Disney Parks which they're enjoyed?

Following with interest!

What types of holidays do you like? We are just back from a two week trip to Denmark and Norway. We visited Billund (for Legoland), Aarhus, Kristiansand and Stavanger

Next year thinking of a cruise from New York (will prob add a few days in Boston before hand - been to both before, prefer Boston, bout 10 years since I was in NY last)

I'm pretty easygoing, I like history/museums, good views, general wandering, wildlife viewing, activities (watersports, boat trips, climbing, adrenaline sports etc) and chilling out. My ideal holiday would be a combination of a few of those. However, my husband is a man child and wants to be entertained all day everyday. He gets bored with wandering/culture and hates pool time or anything like that. When I try and look at non-US holidays, it becomes obvious why we've always done Disney or ski trips

Far East - Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia (Borneo), Thailand, HK, Indonesia. (Not all in one trip!).
New Zealand / Australia road trips. Oz is massive so you have to be selective.
Hawaii / South Pacific
South Africa road trip.
Have a think about a cruise - choose the cruise line carefully that has the right vibe/ itinerary/price for you. There are some fantastic itineraries, our faves have been Alaska, round South America, round New Zealand (including the fjords), Baltics to St Petersburg.
The world really!

We’ve done Canada couple of times - west and east coast and enjoyed both.

Road tripped around Italy, doing Spain road trip this year. Also east coast of USA as well as California.

Loads of citybreaks, Egypt, Kenya, Far East and just booked Jordan.

Always enjoyed our Disney trips but really enjoying exploring much more of what the world has to offer.

I kind of feel this way, it’s a big world, I want to see more of it. I’ve never come back from a holiday still feeling full of excitement about what I’ve seen and done, but that’s how I’m feeling about Kenya.
