Maybe the seller wants to show the as sexy thinking would get more enquiries. I know where you are coming from though. Many facebook pages belonging to women who want to make "friends" have profile pics looking like that

When I was cabin crew I was aware some of the girls sold their used tights and there was a huge market for them. Honestly don't know why someone would want my tights after walking around a plane for 12 hours, they were grim.

You’ve given me an idea, I might advertise my Y fronts without washing them (not that a biological wash does much to get the marks out anyway).
