Best 'higher end' restaurants?
Back again next summer with DD who is now old enough to appreciate being taken to a 'higher end' restaurant - does anyone have any favourites outside of the theme parks? We have the DDP for 5 days and will try a couple of signatures when we are there but would like to get some recommendations for off-site - we are staying in the I-drive area. Also if any of the recommendations do special offer for sign ups that would also be nice to hear about - thank you kind Dibbers

Certainly when I am in Disney, I get as much enjoyment from the location and views as I do the food. I suppose that is true for anywhere in the world now I come to think of it.
Based upon this fusion of desires, its Cali Grill for me all day long. Sorry I cannot help with offsite. Have a grand time. Disney332

Although haven't tried them I do know that they are a few non-disney both on & off property- Il Mulinos & Shulas spring to mind, have a look on Trip Advisor, my go to place for ratings. There used to be a few down on the Pointe but don't know if that's all still there

Although part of a chain I've found the Capital Grille on I-Drive to be of quite a good standard.

If you are there for the last week of August there are a lot of the high end restaurants included in the Magical Dining Month, great value too. I like the Dr Phillips area too, Eddie V's, Ruth's Chris and The Melting Pot is a great experience.
