We have also tried other coffee places, we used Pret a Mange for a while and was OK but did lack atmosphere, also less around. We have about 7 Costa's within a 15 minute ride but like most of you we have our favourite where all the staff give us a friendly hello. I use the excuse that it gets me to have my daily walk which my surgeon had recommended as a way of recovery but my dw keeps telling me the surgeon probably meant a slightly longer walk, but hey ho its gets us both out and about and it us a great coffee.

I only have a skinny latte and rarely anything else, but I guess if your costa shop is only a short walk and you have normal milk and treats, then you are better off staying at home
