Memory maker problem downloading

Last time we got photos we were part of a share so they were downloaded for us.

We have sorted out all our photos with borders,etc there are about 500,we tried to download them yesterday and it said it would take about 2 hours. They all seemed to have downloaded in separate folders so not sure if they are all on there plus it looks like some folders have been duplicated

. Is there an easier way to do this or am I doing something wrong. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you have clicked the download button more than once then you will have more than one copy. The zip files should contain all your photos - the only way to be really sure is to open them all and do a count. It sounds like you have them all but have downloaded them more than once - did you download as well before you did your edits?
