I would recommend it 100% - beautiful place to stay and having done a couple of dummy bookings for April - the price shown is nothing like we paid- Ouch!

We paid £125 a night, which was in a bargain offering through Booking dot com - who usually I hate booking with .
We knew there was all the add ons coming but when you see it in the cold light of day it adds rather more to the price. For 3 separate dates in April I'm seeing base prices beyond £300 a night

I'm Sure you can find better value elsewhere for 5 days

Pretty good travel day It’s always a bonus when your luggage appears

Blimey, that’s a fantastic price for the hire car! I must be a right mug

Lovely evening exploring Miami, I admire your stamina!

You know that exact feeling - that is exactly where we were at, exhaustion yet adrenaline filled for all that lies ahead.

Look forward to seeing you along the journey

There is no better feeling, no matter where you are in the entire world - holiday starts now

Nothing better than getting off that plane and recognising you are in your happy place

Funnily enough The Greatest Showman was the film I planned to watch on the plane but I couldn’t squeeze it onto my Kindle.

A bit of a nightmare with the wait for the luggage after such a long flight but, as you say, at least it was there!

The diner looks very cute, I’d definitely have chosen to eat there too.

Cameras on a plane are definitely not good far too much information and tbh it just makes the whole thing far more scary.

Wait for luggage was nothing , last time I arrived in MIA I had no clothes for nearly 2 weeks, today was progress!

Great to have you reading along again, and promise I will be finished before the next one

The luggage always sets my heart beating that little bit quicker

Car hire is always a bit hit and miss - always find that there is a bargain to be found on The Dibb

Always best to never look back at car hire once booked ( unless you have free cancellation - and can then cancel and rebook with every single reduction)

Great to have you reading along once again - nice countdown too

That was a heck of a long day. Nothing worse than a reclined seat in your face on a flight. Really annoying.

But still, you got there eventually and at least the weather turned out better in the end.

Well worth it though and great to get to bed at the end of the day, after a beach visit

Thanks for reading

A great, relatively stress free travel day. I never understand why some people have to be so rude on a flight. I expect they would have been the first to complain if things were the other way around.
