Booking for 3 couples
OK, may seem like a daft question.
Have been to Orlando several times but always as a couple or as a couple plus 1! We are going in 2021 and are going as three couples. We HAVE to stay onsite apparently so was wondering...who is the best company to book with to ensure we get either 3 apartments next/near to each other or a 2 bed apartment close to a 1 bed apartment etc hope you get what I mean! Thanks for your help

I wouldn’t book as one package for everyone. That could (would!) get messy quickly.
Where onsite are you planning? Disney allocate their rooms themselves so no TA would get you a better deal there. Simply all make the same requests, on your own bookings, to Disney when you can and hope for the best. When you get there, if it’s not what you’d hoped for then ask for a change. We were given a first floor but wanted ground floor and this was swapped straight away. Obvs that’s subject to availability though. Edited at 05:00 PM. |

Sue not sure that it will make any difference as it's still only room requests & they are never guaranteed- when we went with DS& GF we didn't even get the same floor! Touring plans have a good room layout plan for each resort so you would be best looking at each then choosing room numbers/areas to request.

I would book each couple separately just in case of drop outs
It's no problem to link your flights together and your room allocation would be as above posters have said. |

we are either thinking port orleans riverside or Coronado springs. If we all booked on one package would that make requests easier?

Thanks for the advice...its something we may consider as one of the couples are my parent who will be in there late 70's by then and that may be an issue by then. Cant book yet anyway so time is on our side at the moment

We've done this in the past where multiple groups of friends have gone together - each group booked their own package separately but then as we all flew together we arrived at the hotel at the same time so all went to check-in together and asked to be allocated rooms next to each other or closeby. Never had a problem and always managed to get rooms closeby.
FYI - You won't be able to book all on one package as with Disney 1 room = 1 separate booking. (unless you're all staying in 1 room which sounds unlikely?)

Just to echo others, there's no guarantee of getting adjacent rooms but Disney will always try to accommodate requests at checkin. We've never struggled to get 3 rooms close to each other but not very often had 3 adjacent.
