Not really, we went last year when BB was closed. TL was pretty empty also, we drove and always got a space just outside the entrance. Loads of loungers around, queues were minimal around 5 min wait for most slides.

I think September onwards becomes to cold for most locals to be in the water. So the water parks are naturally quieter.

Don’t think it was last year, we stayed at the All star resorts so drove past it most days and there was always people there.

We went to BB in March and it was the only one open. It wasn't very busy at all.

No they definitely keep the mini golf open.

Which ever water park is open is extremely unlikely to be busy in Nov. I don't even think Thanksgiving weekend would be busy. Locals would find it too cold and most Americans don't go for a short visit in the Winter to spend time at a waterpark.
