He won't because I have taken a loan out on the house, so when my times up the loan company will take the house. I have left him a £100 premium bond in my will though, so he won't go short.

I am thinking of charging him £75, so does that sound fair?
If you want a Father’s Day gift don’t charge him

I always ask him for cash for fathers day so I can buy what I want.

I don’t think you should bill him for the petrol as that might lay you open to being charged for illegally operating as a taxi/hire vehicle.

£75 sounds cheap though for your time 🤓

You're being too generous. Didn't he buy you a Costa for your trouble.

Costa will be opening soon. They may put their prices up. You will need to cover this extra cost somehow. Every little helps as they say.

I usually stop at the motor services on the way to uni and ask him to get me a large costa latte with a sandwich and cake whilst I keep an eye on the car. That way I never get to pay for it (up there for thinking down there for dancing).

I won't risk a costa at the moment.

You continue to let your relatives trample all over you. I used to think you were a complete saint to put up with your wife's excessive demands. But I am getting increasingly uncomfortable at the extent to which your family take advantage of your generous nature. I think you need to start standing up for yourself. It is not too late to get back your dignity.

Totally agree with you, we are boring & always ask for Cash, it saves a trip to return some slippers, aftershave you don’t like or wearing a top that you dislike when you see them next
