YT. Lovely picture and looks so nice and fresh. However the usual poor construction issues.
Who puts those god awful pillars under the sink nowadays. It's not the 1920's!
The shelf is going to be scratched to hell in 6 months max and thereafter look awful.
Faux leather ice bucket. Be wrecked in 6 weeks
Fabric headboard to the bed. Are they real!

As they say. Never the designers and tradesmen shall meet

Have they always had a sink with mirror opposite the mini kitchen outside the bathroom? I've never been in any of the studios. But I can see that sink is opposite the mini kitchen (you can see the kitchen reflected in the mirror).

Heard they have just started. All the old aircon units outside are being replaced starting late last week and some other works are kicking off. Hallelujah.

I rang Members Services today to book a stay in May 20 and asked about the refurb. The Lady said she knew nothing.
I'm not blaming her as I suspect that they will not be told for ages and I suspect Members will be told in about a year or so

We are also due in August although hoping for the springs - I am not thinking it would be much of a disruption - am I wrong to think this? What are everyone's thoughts?
