Where to find static caravan parks?

So I’ve looked at hoseasons and booking.com but what’s the best way to find other places to stay?

I’ve searched google maps and picked a few places out, is that the best way?

Hoseasons isn’t coming up with much, we’re looking at the last week on August, thinking Torbay, Norfolk, Northumberland, North Wales... open your anywhere really! We’re in Sheffield so fairly central, not wanting to travel more than 3.5/4hours so Cornwall is out. Any ideas?

We found it quite hard to get a caravn this year for the date we want.
Here are two sites that private caravan owners hire theres out on. I personaly prefer this as you know exactly what you are getting before hand, and they always have some nice personal touches like games, dvds and tea and coffee and cleaning supplies in them.

The booking systems dont always seem to be up to date so you do need to contact the owner. Also helps if you know where you want to go before hand.

oh, or try haven and park dean.

We stayed at Bunn leisure (selsea near southampton) last year and it met all our needs.

I would avoid booking with Hoseasons from what I've heard about their customer service and refunds through all of this recently. However I can highly recommend Haven. We have had two breaks with them (one had to be moved) and they have been nothing short of amazing. We are currently at Caister on Sea in a gorgeous caravan. The beach is only accessible through the park and so is never really busy and you can walk to some lovely restaurants for food on a night.

We’ve booked with haven for October. I’d try looking on their website or Parkdean’s website.

Haven have deals for 2020 plus selected parks are going to be open all of November for the first time (this is usually owners only time) if anyone interested. My park isn't (i'm glad in a way, i'm sorry but some guests have had my anxiety going through the roof haha) so i'm wondering if its the parks that shut early. A lot is open onsite now, however my park are only running at 40% at the mo for safety reasons, they are aiming for 70% by end of season depending on case rates. Next season obviously they would like to be at 100% but it all depends on safety of staff, owners and guests.

Thanks everyone, yeah I won’t be booking with hoseasons, have been using them to find the sites to then look direct. Thanks for the private links. There appears to be no availability at the haven sites for the week we want. Thanks again 👍

My kids both work for Haven at a Norfolk holiday park. They are only offering hideaway breaks with limited bookings at the moment. There are however lots of Haven owners who rent out their units too. You then get the benefits that the owners do like being able to book swimming slots and eating in. Worth trying to find the owners adverts but not sure where best to look.
