Disney DVC gold pass refund

Eventually spoke to Disney on the phone about 6 weeks ago requesting a refund on our annual passes but still no sign in my credit card account. Just wonder if anyone has had a similar experience.

Yes disappointed that a company with an infa-structure like Disney takes so long.

I’ve tried emailing twice and didn’t get anywhere. I really need to phone but Im not sure I’ve got the patience!

Had to ring phone call lasted about two hours after being re directed several times

Anyone still waiting? I had mine about two months ago but nothing for DH, called a few weeks after I received mine and they said his was still being processed.

Yes, still waiting for 3 Gold Pass refunds and 3 Water Park AP refunds

Cancelled 2 platinum + in July, told would be sorted by October. Rang Monday on 1hr before got to speak to someone, 5 minutes she said would need to take it up higher, asked her how long it would be as ringing from the UK. Her response 1 moment then on hold another 30 minutes to be told still being processed should be sorted in next couple of weeks.
Wonder if they will be as understanding and let me take as long paying my dues for DVC.
