All sorted. The staff were fantastic. Spoken to 3 people in the last week and they were all amazing. Excited to be booked.

How does the cancellation policies work with the tickets? I assume we have to link tickets to accounts so we can choose which park we want to attend. If we then cancel do we still get a full refund?

I took out the extra cover, from what I understand any unactivated tickets can be posted back for a refund minus the extra insurance

This is what I don't understand. Surely you have to activate the tickets to book which park you want to attend? Then no refund?

You have to input the ticket number on the MDE but the tickets are not actually activated until your first park day

Just looking @ Discovery Cove tickets but can only add infant tickets to my order. What am I doing wrong?

Does the ATDIBB10 code work for Universal tickets too ? I just applied it on the checkout page and it said 'The discount code was applied' but the totals haven't changed.

No it’s a Disney ticket discount. You get 10% off the Disney portion of a combo though
