My husband sounds like Julia in that he doesn't like to plan, but as you say you can't avoid having a schedule unless you want to spend your days queuing for rides or being turned away from restaurants. Next time we go, vaccine-allowing, we agreed we'd find a villa and have a more relaxing holiday, but it'll probably be at the cost of not getting fast passes for the best rides.

I think we'll be back in offsite accommodation as well 'next time'. We prefer mixing the days up, rather than doing blocks of Disney Days, Universal Days etc. Who knows what crowd levels will be like by the time we return to Florida.

Thanks, she was in ICU for over three weeks in total and then another week on a normal ward before being well enough to be discharged into the care of her sister. She normally lives alone and there is no way she is strong enough to do that at the moment. She'll be weeks in rehab before she's strong enough to return to work as a deputy headteacher.

I’m very glad she recovered and hope her school doesn’t expect her back before September. My sister in Texas works on the front desk of a hotel and was also hospitalised with it weeks ago. She’s home but still utterly exhausted.
