I like the squirrels but i would like the birds to get something too. That's the same make as the fat balls we have.
Did you get it from the garden centre?

Do you think all the pigeons are sat in the trees asking each other:

“Where have all the humans gone?”

Lots and lots of birds in our garden and the fields behind. Also had about 30 dear run past our garden fence on Saturday afternoon, they never ever get so close, absolutely gorgeous sight.

I fill my bird feeders and water bowls up every morning and half an hour later every morsel gone, all your birds must have moved down south with us Tom.

They tend to fight like mad in there most years. I know a Ginger Tom has taken to having a drink most mornings but I'm not even seeing them anywhere around by us.

Plus there are some small woods only 150 yards away. Very weird.

Lovely,

There were loads of coal tits and sparrows in our hedge this morning. We have two cats but they don't seem to bother the little birds. One concentrates on ridding the world of magpies. 3 in one day is his record. The other prefers pigeons.

I have been being kept awake for a good few days by a very loud duck quacking in the back garden at all times of day and night.

We don't live any where near water. It has been driving me mad.

Have since found out it was my youngest dd's new ringtone.

No longer. And it's on vibrate.

Sleeping much better. And not searching the garden for the blessed duck any longer!
