We’re going in June, and to be honest I don’t think I’m going to bother with ROTR , It’s meant to be a holiday and stress free, I’ll wait till we go back in a few years, it’s only another ride at the end of the day 😂

There's a lot to be said for taking this stance, I just don't have in me not to give it a good try

This just seems crackers, it feels really odd to only have 1 person getting a BP. Interestingly, I haven't seen anyone say before on social media that they did the ropedrop, but they didn't get a pass, and I would have expected people to complain loudly about it.

Think will give it a try in August on WiFi, then ask a CM advice for another day if we don’t get a BP, there are 3 of us, we are planning 3 visits, so fingers crossed we will get on one of the days.

You can have every one in your group try and get a boarding group, (we did this this morning) just make sure when one of you get in that the others stop. You then add the other members of your group. So make sure everyone is showing in your MDE account first. The problem with using the wifi is that nearly everyone else is trying to use it so you can just get dropped for no reason especially when you are waiting for 8am.
We got boarding group 55 today with only groups up to 63 guaranteed to get on but we where called at 1132 and had until 1332 to board. Currently groups up to 113 are being called.

Well done - it’s such a stressful experience isn’t it?

The family in front of us got Boarding Group 104 and we were pleased that they managed to get through the boarding groups yesterday.

Just to add that the line for guest relations was massive. You also need to add the other members of your party as part of the boarding process. It is only if other members of your party are showing as not in the park can you get a cast member to add them. If they showed as being in the park on your MDE then they won't be added later.

This is not true. My DH was added to my Boarding Pass. We were advised not to go to the nearest Guest Relations - we went to the end of the street - this is where we were told exactly what to do.

When we were queuing for Slinky Dog - a family of 8 all took off their magic bands and the Dad went and got them added to the Boarding Pass. They cheered on his return. The family in front of us were a party of 5 - only Grandad got the boarding pass and his family were also added.

The advice I have given is exactly what the senior cast member has been told to tell guests that are standing in the guest experience line.
