FCC for those that have been cancelled
Woke up this morning to our cancellation email for our Disney Fantasy sailing 15th August.
We’ve never had a cruise cancelled before so I wondered if anybody knew the answers to a few of questions I have. I have a cruise on hold for next summer, how to I use the fcc credit to pay this cruise? Do I have to phone? Or is there a way to do it online? Next years cruise is cheaper so will the fcc balance go straight to OBC? Can I use the OBC onboard to pay a deposit for a future cruise or for a placeholder? I know I’ll have to phone them at some point but am dreading the wait times |

In terms of using the FCC on what you already have booked - if you've booked try going in and paying balance and it may show up as an option to select. Some people have managed to do this online with absolutely not issue. For some people it doesn't appear and you have to phone but def check first.
Yes any credit not used ends up as OBC. You can't use OBC for further cruise booking though they take this from your credit card on file. That said if you know what cruise you want, you can split the credit over multiple cruises (best to phone to do this as you would need a specific amount per crtuise). I have mine split over 3 currently so I can decide which I'm doing. Also other things you can use the credit on are any of the post/pre cruise hotels listed on website and by all accounts WDW hotel stays as a cruise and stay option but you would need to phone to sort these too.
