Having Dinner with Goofy

Our plan is usually check in, unpack; grab a take out pizza, shower and bed - but we have been in winter for our last three visits and the flights land later.
This time, we land at 2.30; so assuming all the usual bits, we should get to resort by 4.30. So check in, takeout pizza (We use Uno's on idrive as we like the drive along idrive from our hotel (Shingle Creek). I am coeliac so am limited for takeaway. When we have eaten, our plan is a quick pool dip, shower and sleep. Breakfast at Denny's the next morning at 6am and then do our shopping bits. Afternoon will be a waterpark and then theme parks from the day after. |

We should land around 3pm, do time we get through customs, collect baggage & transport to our off site hotel on I.Drive think we will have a wander around a few shops near by, then something to eat then head back for bed, would love to go Universal for a few hours but all depends on how we feel at the time, we will see, just going with an open mind right now, will think more about it when we get there see how tired we are or if all the excitement may overpower us, with a 12 & 16 year old, it'll be 50/50 what we do on arrival x

Relaxing at the Grand Floridian

We are always offsite and staying on I-Drive.
We usually land somewhere between 2-4pm and go straight to hotel. Un-pack, walk to Walgreen get essentials, back to hotel freshen up and head out onto I-drive for some food. Head back to hotel stick some TV on and usually hit the hay about 10.30pm usually up at the crack of dawn ready for a busy day at Universal. |

It's lovely you are taking your mum... I think I would love to do that as well.
