great day, love a 2 park day! won't be long until I can leave my 2 home alone in the villa - they'll be 16 and 13 when we go later this year. Problem is, they always want to come with us! I'm already planning a trip for just DH and I - probably another 5 or 6 years before it becomes a reality.

It's not often we do two parks in one day, but it worked well for us on this day.

It's great to spend time all together on holiday, but as the kids get older, I think everyone needs a bit of space. We're a few years ahead of you, had our first douple trip after this one in Sept/Oct. It was lovely, but I did worry about Eilidh at home. (not alone, I hasten to add!)
