Sorry - another ADR question

I have managed to book all of my ADR's today (yay !) with the exception of breakfast at CRT - why does it ask you to call for this one and not the others ? I was away in London, couldn't call today, how likely am I to get one if I call tomorrow ?

I have booked this for my daughter's birthday and was able to book it online, but had to pay in full (this was for a birthday breakfast, not dinner) at time of booking.

I have called them today, made the booking but didn't have to pay, they took my card details as a guarantee but no payment as I explained I was on the dining plan.

I only have quick service dining plan, so maybe that's why I had to pay up-front.
