What about mini golf? There's the WinterSummerland courses at Blizzard Beach and Fantasia Gardens which is near the Boardwalk. These are a family favourite and are included in the UK Disney tickets (but you've got to go before 4pm, if I remember correctly)

It's Florida! Explore the gorgeous beaches, nature trails, drive to the Keys, watersports, dolphin watching, sports activities or events, boat trips, water sports, the Everglades, Kennedy Space Centre, etc etc

Have a great time whatever you decide.

We enjoyed our overnight stay,at west gate river ranch.
You don't have to stay overnight, but the atmosphere at the rodeo,on the sat night is great!
You can horse ride,go on a hayride, have a lovely meal,it really is worth a visit.
