I saw 3 ships go sailing by...
...yesterday while in Gosport visiting family we watched 3 cruise ships sail past... the Oceania, followed by the Independence of the Seas, then the Grand Princess... what a fab sight! Wish I'd had a camera on me!
...still, 3 weeks today it'll be us leaving Southampton... woohoo!

Did the Independence dwarf the other two?

We used to live in Gosport when dh was in the Royal Navy, we lived in quarters in Rowner.
I used to hate to see his ship going out of port cos I new I would not see him for months. Not been back in 10 years, we keep saying we will go as so much has changed. x

Dh and his family lived in Gosport as his Dad was in the Navy too. A lot of the family still live there, hence the visit Yes, Mo, they were on their way out... otherwise we could have waved to you! Did you have a wonderful time?

Yes we did thanks, loved all the ports - sun shone most of the time as well - never thought I would get sunburnt in Sweden!
I'll try and do a mini trippie - have about 400 photos to go through
