Off site fastpass help

Hello all,

We are staying on site for 5 nights on our next trip and I have booked my fastpass for those days at 60 days. We are now 30 days from our off site portion but it won’t let me book anymore fastpass and any date after our check out day (30th Oct) is greyed out. Any ideas why?

I have checked the app and desktop site on different browsers but it is the same on each one.

When I check my tickets and passes on MDE it says valid through 10/30/19. Does that mean valid after that date?

That is strange. I presume you have tickets linked in MDE which cover you for the offsite portion of your stay?

Yes I assume so. The 14 day passes are showing and my fast passes for the onsite portion are showing so they must be linked to my tickets. It does say valid through 10/30/19 (our check our date) which I assume means they are valid after that date.

"Valid through" means "valid until". Seems very odd if they're 14 day tickets?

Oh that is strange then! Just checked again, they are definitely 14 day ultimates and we check in to Disney on 25th Oct so don’t know why they would only be valid until 30th.

Will give Disney a ring tomorrow. Thank you all for your help!
