Mobile Rivers of light - worth a FP?

I’ve booked a FP for rivers of light - just wondering:
Do I need a FP/is it worth a FP? Not seen it before

You don’t need a fast pass but it’s worth a watch.

The problem with booking an evening show FP+ is that it stops you getting anymore FP during the day. As you need to use your original 3 before booking others.

We got around this by booking a Rivers of Light dining package at Tusker House which is also offered at Tiffin's as well. Works in the same way as the Fantasmic! dining package in that you are given tickets for the evening show for entry in a special roped off section. Meant we were able to use three FP's during the day but still guarantee entry to Rivers of Light.

No, don't waste a FP. SMAX nailed it - you'll eliminate all possibility of a 4th or 5th additional FP. Plus its a huge theater and you'll have a seat. With its less than stellar reputation, ROL isn't exactly pulling in packed theaters each show anyways.

We aren’t there yet - pool day today and booked evening passes but our 3rd pass I booked FP for Rivers of Light but now wondering if I have wasted a FP. Tbh we really didn’t like Fantasmic so if it’s like that I will feel like we wasted one

We did the dining package with Tusker last year. We loved Rivers of Light.

It's absolutely nothing like Fantasmic. It all takes place on water and there are no fireworks. I saw it a few days ago and was blown away by it partly because I don't like fireworks

I hated river of lights. Waited a very long time for it to get good seats and it was boring as anything for our family. Kids didn’t like it they prefer characters or fireworks

I have never made a point of watching ROL, but I have been in AK whilst it has been on and we have stopped and watched for thirty seconds, which is about as long as it held our attention. It is easily seen from many places, you don’t need a special viewing spot. We found it very boring and no way would I waste a FP and block my chances of getting any others for it.
