Clearly quite a few. WDW park attendance grew by an average of 4.5% across the four parks last year...Brits will have shelled out their cash to go.
themeparkinsider/flume/201905/6792/ Now if Disney really wanted to see their attendance numbers jump, all they have to do is follow Seaworld and offer free beer (their attendance figures went up 16% last year) seaworld/orlando/blog/fr...y-hour-return/

What a lot of people forget it Disney has effectively 2 products (anyone who watches Silicon Valley will understand this) - their products which we buy (theme parks, movies, merchandise etc) and their share price and dividends.
The people at the top are more interested in number 2 (remember a lot of them have shares in their pay and get more dividends on the back of this) and how do they do that... maximise number 1. Up income and minimise cost. A lot of life action remake movies lately rather then new ones as its easy $$$ in(I honestly expect a life action Frozen within 5 years let alone how many Marvel movies Disney have made). As long as their share price in healthy ($132 as of writing and $1.76 a share in dividend which has been pretty steady). The share price has gone down slightly in the last 6 months but this year has been the highest its ever been. The execs in board meetings will be perfectly happy with the way the Disney company is operating at the moment but upset that its dropped in the last few months. Remember Disney+ is launching soon so depends we'll see how that goes. |

On your return from the last 3 visits (I didn't check further back but I'd take a good guess its a pattern) you post a moaing/controvertial/emotional thread.
I don't think these holidays are for you. |

It's £34 for a day ticket to Alton Towers. Whereas it's about £100 for a day ticket to WDW.
You can get a Season Pass for AT for just £56. If you used that to visit for 14 days over the spring/summer/autumn months then it would cost £56 / 14 = £4 a day. Not to mention it's a heck of a lot cheaper to travel to Alton Towers (it's less than an hour's drive away for me). Alton Towers is definitely cheaper than WDW.

Here's a big spoiler...that old capitalism thing works two ways i.e.
Companies only exist because of their customers. Customers only buy from companies when they see the value. PRO TIP: If you don't see the value in something, don't buy it

Sorry, I thought you just meant visitors in general to WDW. I mean, many Americans pay that much just to spend 7 days at WDW (a 7-day Park Hopper Plus costs more than a 14-day Ultimate).
So, ok, around 2% of visitors to Orlando are Brits. That means around 1 million British visitors each year do.
