Yes. You can also buy a waterpark annual pass. 2 visits and the AP costs about the same.

we've used the annual pass for the waterparks. Annual pass is about $130

From the DIBB's Disney World Ticket Prices guidebook page:
Water Park Hopper Pass One Day Regular - $73.49 (adult), $67.10 (child) One Day Seasonal - $69.23 (adult), $61.77 (child) (Seasonal ticket cannot be used from May 25th to Sept 29th in 2019 and May 23rd to Sept 27th in 2020) Annual Pass Water Park Annual Pass - $148.04 Those prices include tax.
