Thinking about you and your dad - my mum went through this exactly a year ago and she too had a tube in her neck as she wasn't recovering properly. It was the biggest shock seeing her look so ill, but a year on, she's doing just great, after her oral chemo also, so sending lots of PD to your dad. Take care Kxx:P1x1e_Dust :

I am so sorry your mum had to go through this also.With all the breakthroughs and how far we have come as a world this horrible disease has yet to be stamped out

Yes my Dad hasn't been recovering as the DRs would like/expect.
My Auntie was going to sleep over there but DR told her there is no point as they have him comfortable .
