Best time for Cali Grill

I’ve got two ADR’s for Cali Grill in July but I’m unsure which one to keep. The first one is for 18:45 and the other 19:50, HEA starts at 21:15 and we’d like to watch this from the viewing area - which one would you keep? If we went with the earlier time would we be likely to have finished our meals ready for watching the fireworks and then be able to leave straight after them finishing?
Any help would be much appreciated

If you have a reservation at the Cali and keep your receipt, you can re enter same day and watch the fireworks on the designated area. Even for breakfast!

Yeah, an ADR for 18:45 would see you seated easily by 19:10 even if they are a little behind. 3 well spaced courses should take ~90 mins so you could eat, settle up, leave the table and head out onto the deck for the show.

We ordered, stepped out to watch the fireworks, and when we returned was served our meal. They know people are there to watch the fireworks and the servers will manage that for you.
I did find they were slow to seat us, which I wonder is because people were dragging it out to stay at their table until the fireworks!
