2 in custody I see. Black tie event and somebody took exception to another person dressed as a Clown.
Seems that yet again alcohol and downright weird people ruin an event for others.

We cruised with P&O earlier this year, and it doesn’t surprise me tbh.

We will never cruise with P&O again - in fact the experience has made us wary of future cruises tbh.
