A Sad News Day.
Today whilst at the SSR pool we had the dreaded phone message that we all hope to never receive.
My Wife had a text to ring her Sister immediately. Her Partner had popped to their Mums house and found she had died in her lounge chair. Even worse with her mobile on call mode to said Sister.  Only 76 and certainly unexpected. Thankfully my Wife had spoken to her yesterday when she seemed to be fine. The 30th is not a good day for us. 34 years ago today our late Son was born and it was the 30th when my Mum died in 2015. The end of an era. No parents now left. I have tasked my Son who is a Police Officer to crack on with the arrangements as we are still here for another 2 weeks.
