Mobile WDW - New Years Eve - where’s best ? !

So, we’ve amended our booking now to include New Years Eve !

Anyone have any advice as to which park is best for NYE ?

I will do my research of course but does anyone know if it’s a special ticket event night ?

We did NYE at Epcot and had the best night. Each time it was NY in a different country they set off a mini fireworks display. They also had live music, a silent disco and many other things. We had a blast. It was not a ticketed event.

Only been once before over new year and that was 12 years ago! We did EPCOT then and that is our plan for this year! Seen a number of vlogs of New Year at EPCOT and it looks awesome - cant wait We plan to watch early fireworks then dinner at Tokyo Dining for a rest then back out into it! We are staying at Beach Club so easy walk 'home'!

Just a word of advise to those going to MK for the 30th to watch the fireworks ... it’s just as busy as it would be on the 31st so be prepared. Also we found when we did it 2 years ago that it wasn’t as organised as EPCOT was. When we did EPCOT on the 31st they had walkways marked out and were controlled which direction people were going when walking around World Showcase and back into Future World. In MK it was just chaos and we had a real struggle to get up Main Street to make our ADR in Liberty Tree Tavern.

Epcot sounds amazing but busy- I remember seeing someone post the queues for toilets was as long as the rides. Would be a great experience though. Do they do anything at Hs or AK?

We've done NYE in most parks over the years,MK,the fireworks are out of this world, Epcot we used to love but now I find it too manic for us oldies,SeaWorld is really good too and not quite as busy, one of our favourites if you have kids was NYE in Legoland, they do them earlier too,so ideal if you have young children who won't last till midnight. Not sure where we'll go this NYE.
