Tipping housekeeping staff?

Got my Mousekeeping envelopes already downloaded and printed off ready. We tip 2/3 dollars a day & have always received terrific service, exceptional on several occasions & I'm pretty sure its cause we leave a small tip each time.
Might be a non-tipping service but the state some people leave their rooms in and expect it to look immaculate on return, it should be!

We use mousekeeping envelopes too with all our names printed on the back. 😂

We always tip housekeeping wherever we are in the world not just Disney.

I agree some people’s rooms must be left in a right state! Maybe, if it was a tipping position then Disney might find it easier to recruit cleaning staff? (Since they seem to be having an issue with that at the moment?)

It is a non tipped position because their wage is more than tipped positions like wait staff. I don’t think they would take kindly to their wages being lowered!

We used the mousekeeping envelopes and left $1 each per day as a thank you, but there is no obligation to do so.

I agree - there are 4 of us in the room and I wouldn’t dream of leaving $4 a day! I have previously left a dollar a day but then read on Dibbs I was being tight As long as I get decent housekeeping this time I’ll leave $2 a day
