Anybody else exhausted this week?
Between the heat, drinking more water (thus needing the toilet more) and work being hectic, I'm exhausted!
Me and the hubby have just been dozing on the sofa haha

Yeah I said to my friend at work I feel shattered this week. I think it’s the heat and I think it’s affecting sleep - I wake in the morning and feel shattered even then.

Yes- me too. Far too hot to sleep properly. I ended up on the sofa last night as our bedroom is in the loft and even with both windows open, I still couldn’t sleep. It was that hot.

Anybody tired and exhausted please send me your home address. I will send my 3 yr old Grandson to you via FedEx.
We are knackered and we have only had him 3 days.  Ha ha, he's a good egg actually.
