Has anyone else had enough of food!

Just had a ham sandwich for tea and four Roses and decided I’ve had enough of food. Going to my mil for a full beef roast dinner tomorrow, I don’t think I can eat it! 🤢

Sandra, I have made a complete pig of myself and I've had to loosen my belt by a notch. I have been eating anything in sight and then don't sleep because I wake up with a horrible taste in my mouth.

I haven't even eaten any fruit today, and I think I might not make it until tomorrow morning.

Why do we do it? I don’t feel like I’ve even had that much but there’s food everywhere you turn. I am going to ask for a small meal tomorrow but they don’t take any notice and pile it on! 🤢

I had a corned beef roll for lunch and really enjoyed it. We had stir fry for dinner and I had no meat. Sadly I have a lot of sweeties calling me.

I've been on a cruise for 2 weeks too and only got home a week ago so I'm really full of food, im sick of drinking too.
Actually looking forward to dry January and healthier smaller portions

I’ve had enough of cheese! I popped to Tesco earlier and got some prawns to make a sandwich because I just couldn’t face any more cheese or ham lol 😂 I did a nice stew for tea though
