The thing that annoys me about this process is not sealed bids I think this is actually quite a good idea as the market decides the price. What annoys me is that best and final offers is not allways the final offer.

We phoned today to view a house that was advertised on Thursday, was told no further viewings as had 30 booked and already had two offers.
