Recommend me a shower gel without sulphate. Update 06.01.2022

My legs are so itchy after a shower even though I am using a “sensitive” shower gel. It got so bad that I even took a hay fever tablet last night as I was scratching holes in my legs. Help please!

I like the Liz Earle ones, when I developed itching from something else, I found the orange oil one soothing

I like the Liz Earle one too.

Also pick up Kind Natured at Boots when on offer. Sometimes manage to find it in tk maxx.

Do you use sulphate free shampoo too? Worth swapping if not.

If you do, I recommend Osmo Colousave shampoo. I buy it from Amazon. 1 litre each of shampoo and conditioner. Lasts ages 🙂
