How would they know you are isolating as the usa don't have a track and trace system?

Anyone seen anywhere you can get that PCR test and results back quickly? I keep seeing 24 - 48 hours and would really like same day if it was possible

Yes its no problem getting a same day test but you will be paying extra, I found lhr at the hyatt, but it’s £119 each.
