Probably a silly question: Booking direct with Disney

Made a booking for a cheeky just before Christmas trip (Hotel and Ticket package direct with Disney UK).

Do I get tickets or anything through the post, or pick them up when I get there, or just use my phone?

Thanks,

Steve

When we did this a couple of years ago we collected them from the resort when we arrived but we had called Disney and got conflicting advice as to whether they were sent or not so we just requested to pick them up.

Surely they’d send you a code to simply put the tickets on MDE? That’s what they do when you buy tickets off them?

You don't get any tickets through the post or pick anything up. You link your package booking reference to MDE and it all shows up in there. For your tickets and room key you can either us your phone, an old set of magic bands linked to your account, a new set of magic bands linked to your account or ask for a plastic credit card style key/ticket when you check in.
