Im enjoying having a lie in and not having to rush around here there and everywhere. I hope I don't get used to this lady of leisure lifestyle.

Lockdown weather has been nice. Lovely to be able to sit out in the garden.

I’m so grateful that the weather has been so good and that we have a reasonably large garden. It’s made being at home constantly a lot easier. We had drizzly rain Friday and Saturday here and it’s the first time I’ve been bored, sunshine today and the day has been easier.

Getting Excited
|
I am enjoying the lack of washing, lol, and not ironing school uniform. Also love not having the worry of hubby riding his motorbike to London everyday as he is working from home.
The thing I have probably enjoyed the most though, is my job in a SEN school. We have been put on a rota and have a small amount of children in. I worked last week as we opened in the Easter holidays and I have never worked with any of those children or staff before so it has been lovely getting to know others especially because in some point in the future I will be working with these children. They were all from the primary site and I am with year 11. |

I'm liking spending time with my family in the garden, in the sunshine.
I'm lucky to be able to work from home but I've been able to take the laptop and work outside or enjoy my lunch in the sun. Last week I'd already booked annual leave and spent a nice week relaxing in the sun reading my books and just chatting with family. |

I had cheese and biscuits for lunch today.
Indulged myself and had a glass of port with them. Reminded me fo when I worked in the City, our office was being rebuilt(now the Gherkin) after being blown up by the IRA. We had no meeting rooms so all meetings were held in wine bars around the City. There was NEVER an expectation to go back to the office when the meeting ended, plus the corporate credit card was liberally used. Happy days. |

Watching back my family tapes I found in my parents loft around Christmas time. Disney world itself from outside the building haven’t changed much In 27 years but the amount of good attractions lost seen.
