I’ve changed my room! Was happy with what we had the first time, Deluxe Oceanview but it was in deck 2 where all the clubs are so I have now upgraded to deck 7 in a veranda room cat 05C It was only about £100ish more so thought why not! I’ve chosen starboard side & am I right in thinking that we’ll see Castaway Cay from that side?

That’s great 😀

Yes starboard side will have castaway views.

That’s what we wanted but as we’re doing a b2b we wanted the same cabin for both and could only get port side.

I’ll keep my eyes peeled but think I’ll be hard pushed to get the same cabin on both as our 2nd is sold out currently.

Wow sold out already!
Yeah best to keep the same room, I hadn’t really looked at the deck plans before I booked so just chose a room at random yesterday! But after looking through them & realising the veranda room wasn’t much more it was as a no brainer to change! And now relax!

I've no idea! We've only done one dcl before but we were aft deck 5.
We are forward deck 5 for our staycation cruises so will find out then.
I didn't suffer with any sickness but my daughter and husband did a bit.

Yes, we unfortunately missed out as no accessible cabins for 5 left 😔, but have booked the dream from miami instead 😁. Never done a Disney cruise so very excited. Bet the wish is going to be amazing. 😊

Aww that's a shame - it was sold out when we first looked but checked again about 6 hours later on a whim and one popped up. Must be even harder if you need accessible too they seem really few and far between

You won't be disappointed with the Dream though. We've sailed on her 3 times and she's amazing - you will be completely addicted.

We're on the 19th September 4 nighter - deck 8 veranda. Really looking forward to a bigger Disney ship (on DCL we've only sailed on the Magic and we realised we definitely prefer the large ships).

I've just booked the 4 night one for just before our WDW stay. We've done the Dream twice so really looking forward to trying the newest ship. Just my daughter and I so should be lots of fun. Have also opted for a Guaranteed Stateroom - Deluxe Ocean view with Veranda. One of the nicest parts of the previous cruises were sitting on the balcony watching the world go by listening to the sounds of the sea first thing in the morning and whilst waiting to go for dinner. Haven't told my daughter so will see how long I can keep it a secret.
