My husband has had his surgery…..very poorly and has a infection…but I went to see him today and he is doing as well as expected. The NHS staff are amazing. I no this is a long journey for us, but time is a healer. I thank everyone for their kind words and I will try and keep you updated.

Sorry to hear your husband is poorly after the surgery, but sending lots of good wishes for his recovery. It’s going to be a long, hard few weeks/months for you both but I do hope for the best possible outcome for you both 💞

Hello MargaretMouse and thank you for the update and I hope that your husband starts to recover from his operation and infection very soon. I know this will be hard to do but please, please allow yourself some personal time to relax, eat healthily and devote time to your own health too. It is just as important for you both as visiting and all the challenges that hospital stays can bring. Stay safe and well.
